Here is how you go about it. Take pictures of what you are selling Make sure the picture is saved as a j peg and no larger than700x 800 pixels. Write a description of the item, height, weight, whether or not the item is practical…. Where the item is located and when it will be available. Please be as honest as you can about the condition of the item. People will appreciate it.

Tell us when it will be available, what your asking price would be, how many you have…. (kindly include our commission when pricing) DO NOT Price you self out of the market. You do want to sell it don’t you?

30% on rentals  NON negotiable

40% Scenery and props

20-30% of all other listings – For things like used tools, cars, unused building materials, very specific items, we can negotiate.

If you have hundreds of items to sell, say like a movie, here are two options for you…

Option 1 -Have a member of your staff take all the necessary pictures and after a 15 minute consultation with us, they can post it all on our site, just like that!

Option 2 -We will send out a photographer to take all the pictures and to do the posting. This option is charged by the hour. $ 35.00  per hour – 4 hour minimum.
